Cost Manager Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cost Manager to join our team. As a key member of our cost management team, you will be responsible for providing commercial input to design optioneering and value engineering exercises, developing cost plans and project capital estimates through the design phase, and delivering quality work.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in quantity surveying, including cost estimates, commercial management, variation and claims management, and monitoring project budgets. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work proactively with minimal supervision.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Highly proficient in Pre-Contract & Post Contract Quantity Surveying including Cost Estimates, Commercial Management, Variation & Claims Management, Monitoring Project Budgets
* Ability to develop cost plans and project capital estimates through the design phase, delivering updated cost plans at appropriate design milestones.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work proactively with minimal supervision

* Defence clearance or Australian Citizen is required
* Quantity Surveying, or related, degree
* AIQS or RICS member is ideal but not essential
