We’re looking for an Automation Analyst to join a leading professional services organisation and play a key role in driving process improvement and efficiency through document automation and workflow systems.
What you’ll be doing:
- Build, support and enhance document automation and matter workflow systems
- Partner with stakeholders to analyse and streamline business processes
- Maintain templates, precedents and automation-related reporting (SSRS, PowerBI)
- Train and support users to get the most from automation tools
- Liaise with external vendors as required
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience with task-based automation and workflow systems
- Robust skills in document automation / assembly platforms
- Exposure to SQL, SSRS, and PowerBI reporting (desirable)
- Excellent analytical skills with robust attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement ability
- Previous professional services or legal industry experience (advantageous)
