About the Role
In this position, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based clinical and case management services to young parents and their families. Your work will include:
* Delivering home and community-based parenting and attachment-focused interventions
* Co-facilitating young parent support groups
* Working collaboratively with housing, DCJ, DFV, maternity, and child & family health services
* Participating in multidisciplinary meetings, case conferences and Safe Start processes
* Supporting families across rural and remote communities, building strong local partnerships
This is a dynamic role requiring advanced clinical skills, professional judgement and the ability to manage complex psychosocial presentations with confidence and compassion.
Requirements
* Hold, at minimum, a Bachelor degree in Social Work that provides eligibility for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW), or equivalent as deemed by the employer
* Hold a current unrestricted driver's licence and have the ability and willingness to travel for work, including long distances
