Facilities Maintenance Lead
The role of a Facilities Maintenance Lead is essential to ensuring the smooth operation of our property facilities. This position requires a dynamic leader with expertise in maintenance or engineering, preferably within strata/MLR operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement a Service-Centric Strategy: Oversee guest needs while executing scheduled maintenance, focusing on delivering exceptional results and exceeding expectations.
* Effective Communication: Ensure clear communication at all levels, from management to guests and contractors, maintaining transparency and efficiency throughout.
* Maintenance Coordination: Report and track programmed maintenance, keeping stakeholders informed through email and telephone communications.
* Collaboration: Foster close collaboration with departments to address issues promptly and resolve them effectively.
Skill Requirements
* A dynamic leader with a background in maintenance or engineering, preferably in strata/MLR operations.
* Strong administrative and computer proficiencies, as well as excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
* Comprehensive financial understanding and familiarity with WHS legislation compliance.
* Ability to perform emergency maintenance tasks beyond regular working hours, including power outages, fire system evacuations, and mechanical system failures.
