Immediate Start – Casual Disability Support Worker (Complex Care)
We are seeking reliable and professional Female Support Workers to join a dedicated team supporting a female participant with complex and specialised needs.
This role involves providing consistent, person-centred support within a structured 3:1 staffing model, enabling safe, high-quality care. Female applicants are required due to the participant's personal care needs.

Position Details
* Casual employment
* Availability across a 24-hour roster is highly regarded, including:
* Morning shifts (6am – 9am)
* Day Shift (9am - 5pm)
* Afternoon shifts (5pm - 8pm)
* Sleepover shifts (5pm - 9am)

Role Overview
As a Disability Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering consistent, respectful, and attentive support in line with established policies and procedures and the participant's Positive Behaviour Support Plan.
The role includes a balance of routine daily support and responsive care during periods of increased need. Staff are expected to work collaboratively, follow direction, and maintain safety, dignity, and professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist with daily living activities including personal care, hygiene, meals, and laundry
* Administer and accurately record medications as required
* Complete detailed documentation including shift notes and incident reports
* Support domestic tasks within the home environment
* Respond appropriately to complex or challenging situations
* Support planned community access and transport
* Work effectively within a team-based 3:1 support model (3 support workers to 1 Participant)
The role may evolve in line with participant needs and organisational requirements.

Requirements
* Certificate III in Individual Support (preferred; training provided)
* Valid Australian Driver's Licence
* Current First Aid and CPR (required prior to commencement)
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module
* Availability to work a range of shifts, including overnight care
* Australian work rights are required for this position
