The Role
We are seeking a Multimedia / 3D Artist to join our growing team. This role blends video production, animation, and 3D asset creation to deliver world-class content across broadcast, marketing, and real‐time environments. You will be working across Adobe Creative Suite, Unreal Engine, and 3ds Max, helping produce immersive visual outcomes that support major property, infrastructure, and community projects.

Key Responsibilities
* 3D Modelling & Visualisation
o Interpret architectural, planning, and engineering documentation to produce accurate virtual 3D outcomes / digital twins in major property and infrastructure projects.
o Consolidate and process multiple data types (LiDAR, photogrammetry, CAD, Revit, SketchUp, fbx/obj) into efficient, clean 3D workflows.
o Build and optimise game‐ready assets for real‐time environments in Unreal Engine (UE5).
o Create realistic environments, materials, lighting, and camera setups in 3ds Max and Unreal Engine.
* Animation & Cinematics
o Develop storyboards, camera paths, and flythroughs for 3D animation reels.
o Animate, render, and optimise sequences using Unreal's Sequencer and rendering pipelines.
o Post‐process, colour grade, and enhance visuals for cinematic presentation.
* Multimedia & Motion Graphics
o Edit and refine raw animation footage using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
o Design and integrate overlays, infographics, and motion graphics to strengthen storytelling.
o Source and integrate stock footage, sound effects, and music beds to enhance final outputs.
o Deliver polished video and digital content across platforms including YouTube, social media, digital signage, and broadcast.
* Collaboration & Delivery
o Work with project managers and senior artists to ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.
o Contribute to improving pipeline efficiency, workflow automation, and output quality.
o Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams, translating technical requirements into compelling visual outputs.
o Manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing autonomy with collaboration.
* Creative Contribution
o Bring fresh ideas for visual storytelling, interactive presentations, and multimedia formats.
o Push the boundaries of how digital media communicates complex property and infrastructure concepts.
o Stay up to date with emerging tools, plugins, and techniques across 3D and multimedia design.
About You
You are a creative, detail‐oriented artist with strong technical skills and a passion for storytelling through digital media. You thrive in a fast‐paced environment, balancing autonomy with collaboration across large‐scale projects.
Essential Skills & Experience
* 3+ years in a multimedia, animation, or 3D artist role.
* Expert in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop.
* Proven experience with Unreal Engine (UE5) and 3D asset pipelines.
* Strong skills in Autodesk 3ds Max and rendering workflows.
* Ability to interpret technical documentation and visualise complex infrastructure/property projects.
* Experience delivering to broadcast and digital platforms.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet tight deadlines.
Desirable
* Knowledge of CAD/BIM integration (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, GIS).
* Experience with green screen and compositing techniques.
* Familiarity with scripting (Blueprints, Python, automation).
* Experience with Perforce or other version control.
* Tertiary qualifications in design, multimedia, or related field.

Compensation
Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year.
