The Role
We’re on the lookout for talented Events/Corporate Chefs for casual and full-time work at a variety of locations around Sydney.
Successful applicants will have:
1. Working Rights in Australia
2. Previous experience at CDP or Sous Chef level with high end functions exposure
3. You will have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
4. Be a team player, but also be able to work autonomously
5. Attention to detail and great time management is a must
6. Excellent English communication skills
7. Standard chef uniform and knife kit is necessary
8. Impeccable hygiene and grooming
9. Be familiar and up to date with Food Safety requirements and WHS legislation
10. Qualified Chef with Cert III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
