**About the opportunity**
There are 3 newly created permanent positions available for immediate filling. In this role you will work closely with newly appointed Executive Directors' of Broadacre systems, Animal Systems and Intensive and Irrigated Plant Systems and provide high level executive administrative, secretarial and ministerial support. This is an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor to work with a new Executive Director to establish their office, and shape protocols and procedures.
**About you**
We are seeking proactive applicants wanting to provide high-level executive administrative assistance to an Executive Director and their senior leadership team. Someone with a 'can do' attitude who has high level technical, organisational and coordination skills. We are looking for individuals who:
- Can demonstrate experience in providing administrative and secretarial support at a senior executive level.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to develop practical and innovative solutions to problems.
- Good research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Well-developed organisational and prioritising skills, with the ability to set and meet work priorities, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment and contribute to the achievement of team goals.
