Responsibilities
 * Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
 * Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant's standards.
 * Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation.
 * Ensure efficient use of ingredients, minimising wastage.
 * Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.
 * Collaborate with the culinary team to create new menu items.
 * Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.
 * Keep the kitchen clean and organised.
 * Contribute to a positive working environment.
Qualifications
 * Previous experience as a Chef De Partie in a fine dining restaurant
 * Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
 * An affable, conscientious and enthusiastic approach
 * Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for culinary excellence.
 * Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
 * Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
 * Curiosity and a desire to expand your knowledge
 * Flexibility in work hours, including evenings and weekends.
