Job Description The Commemoration and Visitor Engagement Section is part of the Public Programs Branch. It delivers the Memorial's visitor experience across commemorative, interpretive, and visitor service platforms. The Section comprises four teams: Visitor Services, Education, Events & Ceremonies, and Last Post Ceremony. This role leads a team of museum education professionals who research, develop, deliver, and evaluate engaging Australian curriculum-linked learning programs for schools onsite and online. The work involves developing and implementing programs, policies, and operational procedures, establishing effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, planning and managing budgets, reporting, and recruiting staff and volunteers. This role also assesses existing and develops new education programs and pricing for extended galleries. Key Responsibilities
