As the Retail and Operations Coordinator, you will support the Head of Operations across all retail, operations and corporate sales functions; assisting with driving retail revenue and manage roll-out timelines, corporate bookings and sales, and supporting general studio operations across Barry's locations.
Initially the role will be 50% Retail and Operations focused, and 50% in studio focused as a Senior Front Desk Team Member. This may develop more into Retail and Operations as the role progresses.
**Key duties and responsibilities**:
- Support with inventory procurement and stock management - staying within the regional retail budget to provide an appropriate assortment of products per studio.
- Manage the retail roll-out timeline, from design to retail screen printing to studio visual merchandising (all within brand standards).
- Manage the retail products in our back-end system for appropriate reporting analysis: creating purchase orders, adding products, updating/correcting inventory levels.
- Assist in creating retail and corporate sales strategies, ideas and promotions.
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to develop and maintain corporate relationships.
- Manage corporate class bookings and sales.
- Support management of the Studio Client database, register new clients, receive payments and maintain client base.
- Guide clients with regards to the latest studio promotions, class discounts and/or special events.
- Deliver quality shakes and customer service in the Fuel Bar.
