Main Responsibilities
* Establish trust-based relationships with customers, comprehensively understanding their needs, and expand business ties with existing and target customers by proposing solutions tailored to their requirements and objectives.
* Accountable for sales growth within Dandenong/Springvale market segments.
* Analyse assigned territories and identify customer accounts with opportunities for Pirtek products and services.
* Implement direct sales strategies, including conceptual adjustments to traditional business methodologies, to secure business from new and existing accounts through planned approaches.
* Collaborate with franchises to achieve successful levels of sales, profitability, promotional, and technical expertise.
