We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Department to join our secondary leadership team. As Head of Department, you will lead a dedicated team of educators to deliver high-quality learning outcomes, foster a culture of excellence, and support the academic and personal growth of every student.

Innisfail State College was established in 2010, comprising of a year 7-12 high school and an Early Childhood Development Program/Prep to year 12 special school called the Diverse Learning Centre. Our campus also hosts the Johnstone TAFE and Community Childcare Centre and Tropical North Queensland TAFE.

* Build strong partnerships with students, parents, community groups, and government agencies to support student success.
* Apply strategic, future-focused leadership informed by relevant legislation and education policies.
