We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Early Childhood Educator Trainee. As a Trainee, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing high-quality education and care for young children.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Maintaining a safe and healthy environment for children and staff;
* Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures;
* Building and maintaining positive relationships with children and families;
* Contributing to the development and implementation of educational programs in the room and centre;
You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced educators and leadership teams to develop your skills and knowledge, and achieve your career goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* A willingness and motivation to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care;
* A permanent right to work in Australia;
* Good time management and organisational skills;
* The ability to work well individually and as part of a team;
* Enthusiasm and a positive attitude;
* An interest in early years education;
* A Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain one);
* Proof of immunisation against Measles, Mumps and Rubella and Whooping Cough (Pertussis) (or be willing to receive).
