Our organisation is seeking a senior professional to lead the design and delivery of organisational development solutions that support our strategy and culture. This role involves working closely with leaders across the organization, partnering with them to deliver impactful leadership development initiatives, coaching and team effectiveness programs.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in organisational development, leadership coaching within a medium to large organisation. They must have proven capability in designing and facilitating leadership and development programs as well as supporting change initiatives applying contemporary OD practices.
This position requires strong facilitation, coaching skills along with sound project management capabilities. The successful individual should be able to juggle multiple priorities while demonstrating a collaborative approach aligned to our purpose
