Professional Support & Growth
* We have recently updated our support program for early career (and those wanting to transition into neuro) therapists. Get trained up by experts in the neuro field:
o Weekly supervision with a dedicated senior therapist during your initial induction period
o Up to 1 hour per week client‐specific mentoring support with one of our Education or Passion Pathway Senior OT's so you can confidently move forward with each client taken on in your caseload
o Early career tutorial program upskilling you in the primary areas of community neuro work
o Our Nest program which is a multidisciplinary program to help you connect with peers and learn some of the non‐clinical skills needed to be successful in community work

About the Role
We're looking for creative and confident Occupational Therapists to support our clients living with:
* Stroke, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, MS, MND, PD, cerebral palsy, intellectual disability, and other neurological conditions. We only accept clients that have a neurology component as their primary disability – if Neuro is your thing, we are your organisation.
You'll have the opportunity to:
* Deliver OT assessments, interventions, education, and reports
* Prescribe and apply for assistive technology
* Develop expertise in home modifications
* Support long‐term, person‐centred therapy goals
* Collaborate with a tight‐knit multidisciplinary team
* Supervise junior clinicians (senior positions)
* Be innovative and tailor your therapy approach
* Work with clients funded under NDIS, TAC, My Aged Care and private programs.

Skills and Experiences
What You Need
* 2+ years experience
* AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
* Police Check, Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening (we can help arrange all of these!)
* Driver's Licence
* COVID‐19 & Influenza vaccination
Bonus Points For:
* Experience with NDIS
* Knowledge of assistive tech prescription
