Design & Build are currently seeking a Contract Administrator to join a well-established residential builder delivering architecturally designed renovations, extensions, and new builds valued up to $7m across Melbourne.

Key responsibilities
* Preparing, reviewing, and managing subcontractor and supplier agreements
* Maintaining accurate project documentation, including contracts, variations, and correspondence
* Monitoring project costs, tracking budgets, and providing regular financial reports
* Working closely with clients, architects, site teams, and senior leadership to ensure clear communication and alignment
* Supporting the wider team with commercial and ad hoc project requirements as needed
Requirements
* Minimum five years Contract Administration experience
* Experience working across architecturally designed residential projects (ideally including renovations & extensions)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of construction contracts and regulations
* Positive and proactive attitude
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
