Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Service Agent located in Sydney, NSW. The Guest Service Agent serves as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming, professional, and seamless check-in and check-out experience. Responsibilities include responding to guest inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, handling reservations and billing, and addressing guest concerns promptly and effectively. The role also requires collaboration with other team members to maintain a high standard of service and overall guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
* Experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or guest relations
* Organizational and multitasking abilities for managing check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries
* Proficiency with hotel reservation and property management systems
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
* A friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on problem-solving
* Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
* Certificate or diploma in hospitality management or a related field is a plus
