**_recruitnow!_** are currently seeking an experienced Office Administrators / All rounders for our clients working in the Building industry. Multiple positions available with part time hours available
Both roles are within the building and construction industry and those with industry experience will be held in high regard. These roles are ongoing. Hours can vary from 1 day per week to 3-4 days per week pending assignment
These positions are multi-faceted, where you will be responsible for a variety of daily, weekly and monthly tasks including (but not limited to):
- Data Entry 
- Office & Project support 
- Assisting with job quotation & preparing job packs 
- General administration duties including reception
These positions suits someone who has a positive personality that enjoys interacting with many different people on a daily basis. In addition to this, we are also looking for someone who displays:
- A high attention to detail 
- The ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks 
- Outstanding time management skills 
- An honest & professional approach
**To be considered, ideally you will possess**:
- At least 2 years experience in a similar role 
- Understanding of Xero or similar accounting software advantageous 
- End-to-end experience processing weekly payroll and accounts 
- Experience in a construction environment advantageous 
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills 
- The ability to work without supervision
Previous experience working within the construction industry or blue collar exposure will be advantageous but not essential.
