Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
5 years of experience in insurance claims management, including 2 years of claims management experience.
3 years of general insurance experience in motor, property, and recoveries.
Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
Insurance policy interpretation skills.
Stakeholder and supply chain management skills.
Strong leadership skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
