We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Product Operations Lead to join our team. This is a key role that will be responsible for the coordination and project management of major events product activations.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of brand execution within a major events environment, along with relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in events production and management and/or project management and delivery.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and venue stakeholders.
This role requires a high level of attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Key responsibilities include:
* Drive seamless delivery by collaborating with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and venue stakeholders
* Act as the main point of contact for retail and precinct contractors, overseeing access, logistics, documentation, safety, and delivery
* Lead on-site operational logistics including production scheduling and contractor management during bump-in and bump-out periods
* Oversee all asset inventory, warehouse logistics, and precinct dressing including signage, greenery, furniture, and equipment
* Prepare and administer budgets, contracts, and supplier documentation, and contribute to procurement and cost tracking
* Implement and enforce WHS procedures, ensuring all work is delivered to high safety, quality, and operational standards
