Job Description
About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Rental Sales Coordinator to join our branch in Forest Lake, Brisbane, Qld.
This role reports to the Assistant Branch Manager and involves developing and maintaining relationships with our customers by ensuring all rental activities are coordinated to meet customer demand.
In this role, you will:
1. Develop quotes for the supply of equipment and manage customer sales enquiries
2. Build and enter hire agreements and off-hire when agreements expire
3. Support the team in identifying equipment availability and supply arrangements
4. Raise purchase orders for associated equipment
5. Liaise with transport providers to coordinate the timely delivery and pick-up of equipment
6. Complete all associated paperwork and reporting requirements
