Executive Support Specialist
This role involves providing high-level support to senior executives, encompassing executive, administrative, and secretarial tasks.
* Managing diaries, preparing reports, coordinating travel arrangements.
* Overseeing expenses, reconciling credit card transactions.
* Drafting responses, preparing presentations, meeting papers.
* Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
The incumbent will also supervise junior staff members, delegating tasks accordingly. Required qualifications include relevant tertiary education or previous experience in a similar executive/administrative role.
