Customer Service Representative - Melbourne
About the role
This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a Customer Service Representative in our Melbourne office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and members across Australia.
Main responsibilities
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of all Allianz Worldwide Partners Health Insurance products and services.
* Provide expert advice to customers on product features, benefits, and claims procedures.
* Assist customers with claims and extend assistance via phone, email, or other communication channels.
* Liaise with direct billing medical providers to ensure smooth claims processing and supply management.
* Monitor and report customer feedback, complaints, and issues to relevant stakeholders.
* Ensure that customers are aware of available support channels and contact details during peak periods.
* Train and brief clients on products as required.
* Participate in training and development activities to enhance product knowledge and skills.
Fostering relationships
* Coordinate orientation activities to promote attendance and post-orientation follow-up.
* Assist with research into local channels for product sales and coordinate distribution activities.
* Liaise with student bodies or associates to integrate product offerings and improve relationships.
* Contribute to product presentations and assist with sales activities.
Leadership and Communication Skills
* Demonstrate ability to work autonomously and share ideas with the team.
* Show flexibility to manage calls remotely and respond to online inquiries from home during COVID lockdown periods.
* Communicate effectively with clients and students at all operational levels of the business.
* Possess strong leadership skills to motivate and guide colleagues.
