About the Role We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support platform implementation, business process documentation, and system enhancement initiatives. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders, development teams, and clients to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical documentation, and ensure successful deployment of web-based platforms and system upgrades. The position requires strong analytical capability, structured thinking, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, consulting-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Elicit and document business requirements from internal and external stakeholders Develop business process descriptions, use cases, workflow documentation, and system specifications Translate user requirements into structured technical documentation for development teams Support deployment of new platforms, system upgrades, and enhancements Coordinate with developers to track delivery timelines and project milestones Design and execute test cases prior to system release Maintain version control and release documentation Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, systems, and product offerings Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or a related discipline Minimum three (3) years' experience in a Business Analyst or similar role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience writing detailed business and functional documentation Exposure to system implementation and software development environments Experience with testing, validation, and quality assurance processes Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deliverables Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Desirable: Experience working in consulting, procurement, data analytics, or technology environments Understanding of application development methodologies and cloud-based platforms Familiarity with version control and release management processes Additional Requirements Must have full working rights in Australia Ability to obtain a valid police check Occasional interstate travel may be required
