Requirements
1. AHPRA Registration: Hold current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
2. Experience: Possess at least 6 months of experience working in aged care or similar settings.
3. Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
