We are looking for someone who thrives working in a busy environment, who prides themselves on personal presentation whilst delivering a high standard of customer and interpersonal skills.
**Essentially you will have previous experience in**:
- Operating a reception desk and using a switchboard phone system.
- Administration experience within an office environment.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
- Thrive on delivering a high standard of customer service
**You will also be able to demonstrate**:
- A strong work ethic
- Be self-motivated
- Work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Have a professional manner
- A alid "C" class drivers licence.
- A safe and responsible driving attitude/manner.
- Be well presented with a high standard of personal presentation
- Enjoy liaising with people from various backgrounds and cultures.
- Display excellent attention to detail
**Your Role**:
- Answer busy switchboard calls external and internal
- Meet and greet customers
- Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders
- Perform administrative tasks such as; mailroom, general administration and clerical duties
- Update databases, customer filing systems, bank reconciliations
- Assist marketing department
- Assist sales department with customer and delivery functions including stock control and warranty book preparation

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
