We aim to enable teachers to personalise learning at scale with a range of powerful learning, assessment, and insights tools, helping them and their students reach their full potential.As an EPeep, you'll work on projects that have a real impact on students' lives and have the freedom, support and resources you need to develop your skills and grow your career.We're looking for a passionate and experienced educator to join our Customer Success team at Education Perfect.
In this role, you'll work closely with a portfolio of schools across WA/SA/NT partnering with teachers, Heads of Department, Business Managers and Senior Leadership to help them unlock the full potential of their EP subscription.
You'll act as a trusted advisor, delivering engaging training, facilitating skilled learning and providing ongoing support that helps schools achieve their teaching and learning goals.
By building strong, collaborative relationships and championing the adoption of our platform and content, you'll drive meaningful outcomes for schools, improve the learning experience for students and ensure long term success and retention.What you will doBuild strong, trusted relationships with teachers, Heads of Department, Business Managers and Senior Leadership teamsChampion the adoption of EP by delivering engaging training sessions (online and in-person) tailored to school needsRegularly engage with your assigned portfolio of schools to ensure they are achieving their goals with EP, treating your portfolio like your own book of businessMonitor health metrics and proactively implement strategies to reduce churn and drive retentionIdentify and support opportunities for expansion and growth in partnership with Account ManagersKeep accurate CRM records, enrol classes promptly and maintain strong data hygieneRepresent EP at conferences, networking events and professional associations - occasional overnight travel will be required for theseShare customer insights with internal teams to inform product and strategy improvementsContribute to a collaborative team culture, supporting colleagues and sharing best practiceAbout youExperienced Customer Success Manager within the B2B Technology industryTeaching experience in either primary or secondary education (desirable)Confidence in presenting to groups and delivering professional learning, both online and in personExperience using an online learning platform (ideally EP) is highly desirableStrong coaching and training skills, with the ability to help teachers unlock new ways of workingExcellent communication skills whether by phone, email or face-to-faceProven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with a range of stakeholdersProactive problem solving skills, adaptability and a solutions focused approachProficiency with ICT tools, particularly Google Workspace and awareness of basic tech maintenance and cyber securityWillingness to travel overnight occasionally to meet with schools and represent EP at eventsEquitable opportunities, growth, and development lie at the heart of how we work at EP.
