About the Role:
We're looking for a friendly and organised Weekend Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our care community at Lansdowne Gardens Care Community.

What You'll Do:
️ Be the warm, welcoming, and helpful first point of contact for all residents, families, and visitors.
️ Provide exceptional customer service, answering calls and enquiries with care and professionalism.
️ Offer a personalised touch, knowing residents by name and providing hospitality like a cup of tea.
️ Support essential administrative tasks including managing mail, maintaining records, and assisting with rostering.
️ Create a positive and organised environment at the front desk, ensuring a great first impression.
What You'll Need:
️ Experience in a reception, front-of-house, or customer service role
️ A warm, friendly, and professional manner with excellent communication skills
️ Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
️ Proficiency in computer systems including MS Office
️ A genuine passion for helping people and creating a welcoming atmosphere
️ Willingness to complete:
- Pre-employment medical
