Pastry Cook Role
The role involves the preparation and presentation of a variety of pastries, cakes, tarts, and desserts.

Skills & Experience Required
* At least 2 years' experience in a similar commercial baking environment.
* Certificate III in Patisserie or equivalent formal qualification.
* Sound knowledge of pastry and dessert preparation techniques.
* Competence in food handling, storage, and kitchen safety procedures.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail, time management, and creative presentation skills.
