About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and flexible Casual Educators to join the team at Jenny Wren Early Learning by Busy Bees. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a variety of age groups, support daily routines, and deliver play-based learning experiences that inspire children's curiosity and growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with the delivery of educational programs across multiple rooms
* Supporting children's learning, wellbeing, and development in line with the EYLF
* Adapting quickly to new environments and working collaboratively with different teams
* Building positive and respectful relationships with families and colleagues
* Maintaining compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and centre policies
What You'll Need
* Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
* Current VIC Working with Children Check (Employee)
* Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certifications
* Knowledge of the EYLF and NQF
* Flexibility to cover shifts between 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday
* A team-focused attitude and genuine passion for supporting children's learning journeys
