Marketing Manager

The Role

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead Jomablue's marketing function through its next stage of growth. This is a "player-coach" role, combining leadership and vision with high-quality execution. The successful candidate will take ownership of our go-to-market (GTM) and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies, and oversee a lean but growing team of high-performing specialists.

This role is integral to positioning Jomablue as the platform of choice for enterprise event teams globally. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll manage strategy, planning, campaigns, and reporting while fostering cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product, and Customer Success.

You must be motivated and passionate about great service. Within a small team, you understand that working closely with others and pitching in when necessary helps our team be stronger and reach our goals. This is a flexible position with the opportunity to mix office and home work environments.

When and Where

This is a full-time role based in our Ultimo, NSW office.

Your Duties

* Lead the planning and execution of integrated go-to-market (GTM) strategies aligned to Jomablue's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), with a focus on account-based marketing (ABM) targeting high-value enterprise accounts.
* Own and lead all core marketing functions, including campaigns, content strategy, digital and paid media, AEO/SEO, CRM enrichment, marketing automation, and brand positioning.
* Develop and manage ABM programs tailored to key account segments in close collaboration with Sales and Partnerships teams, ensuring tight alignment across outreach and engagement.
* Drive demand generation through a mix of owned, paid, and partner channels—optimising engagement across LinkedIn, email, external events, and website.
* Identify, assess, and manage external agencies (creative, paid media) to extend execution capacity and creative output, while maintaining brand alignment and campaign performance.
* Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing team (Designer, Copywriter, Digital Marketing Coordinator, Video Editor), fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous development.
* Sponsor cross-functional teams to develop internal and external content, including product updates, onboarding materials, knowledge resources, and customer success stories.
* Oversee AEO/SEO strategy, content publishing, and alignment across web and social channels, ensuring technical quality, discoverability, and brand consistency.
* Collaborate with Sales to maintain a clear feedback loop between marketing activity and commercial outcomes; adapt messaging and campaigns based on data and qualitative insights.
* Track and report on campaign performance, website metrics, and lead funnel progression to evaluate marketing effectiveness and inform decision-making.
* Contribute to internal dashboard/reporting frameworks that support full-funnel visibility and data-informed GTM decisions.
* Monitor and experiment with AI-powered marketing tools to streamline content workflows, enhance campaign performance, and inform competitive strategy.
* Contribute to the long-term marketing roadmap, including brand development, global expansion initiatives, and evolution of internal team structure.

Skills and Experience

* 5+ years of marketing leadership experience within B2B SaaS, preferably in a scale-up environment.
* Proven experience developing and executing GTM and ABM strategies for enterprise-level audiences.
* Strong working knowledge of digital marketing disciplines including paid media, AEO/SEO, email marketing, content production, CRM systems, and marketing automation.
* Hands-on expertise with platforms such as Salesforce, Mailchimp, Zapier, Semrush, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and manage lean marketing teams—supporting early-career development while empowering more senior contributors.
* Highly organised with advanced project and time management skills; comfortable leading cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic environment.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and strategy, supporting performance optimisation and pipeline impact.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence stakeholders across departments and collaborate with external partners.
* Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, initiative, and accountability; thrives in fast-paced environments and brings a continuous improvement mindset.
* Experience managing creative agencies or outsourced production teams.
* Exposure to GTM campaigns reaching across regions.
* Background or familiarity with event technology or martech ecosystems.
* Experience with thought leadership, employer branding, or community marketing initiatives.
* Comfort in working with dashboards or reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
