**About the Role**
In this entry-level / junior position, you will receive training from an experienced team of IT professionals, ensuring you are following best practise, whilst enhancing your IT knowledge.
You will be the first point of service when responding to IT support requests, taking calls, logging requests and using your troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues. When a request is outside of your scope, you will follow the appropriate escalation channel, allocating service requests to the appropriate team/person.
**About You**
The ideal applicant will have a recent IT degree and a passion for Information Technology. Communication skills are vital in this role so excellent written and verbal communication skills is essential. Previous IT support experience would be highly regarded.
A working knowledge of Microsoft products (Windows OS, Office 365), hardware and general IT support is required, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and find the root cause of issues in a speedy and systematic fashion.
