Maintenance Support Officer - ADF GSE About the role As a Maintenance Support Officer supporting our ADF Ground Support Equipment program, you will be responsible for carrying out preventative and corrective maintenance on a wide range of fleet assets in line with approved maintenance policies. Working within a skilled team, you will complete work orders and perform condition-based maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment, vehicles, and ancillary systems—safely and efficiently—ensuring operational readiness and high equipment availability for our customer.
Based at RAAF Base Richmond, you will play an essential role in resolving urgent on-site breakdowns and responding to operational demands with a focus on quality and compliance. You will support continuous improvement initiatives across the GSE program and contribute to a high-performing maintenance environment. Your ability to work in a structured, safety-conscious manner, while effectively communicating with supervisors and administrative staff, will be key to your success in this dynamic and hands-on role.
