Bartender (chirnside park)

As a Bartender at The Groove Train, you will play a crucial role in delivering an outstanding dining and drinking experience to our patrons.

• Greeting customers, taking drink orders, and providing menu recommendations.
• Minimum 1 year experience is highly regarded.
• Mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
• Adhering to all company and legal alcohol service policies.
• Handling cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
• Monitoring and managing inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, and bar supplies.
• Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Collaborating with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Following health and safety guidelines to ensure the well‐being of guests and staff.
• Participating in staff training and meetings as required.

Pay: $31.23 - $37.23 per hour
