Role responsibilities
* Assist residents to engage with current supports such as; NDIS, Area mental health services and Community health services.
* Provide support and case coordination for residents, assistance to attend house activities and groups, external supports.
* Foster and develop positive relationships with internal stakeholders
* Assist in day-to-day operations of the program
* Ensure services are delivered to clients using social inclusion and trauma informed principles
* Able to work across a wide variety of shifts.
* Available to work a minimum of 1 Sleepover shift per week across a 7-day roster.
* Experienced in effectively responding to challenging behaviours and crisis situations.
* Team focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Able to work alongside the team with strong relationship skills
