Account Coordinator – Inside Sales – Melbourne, VIC, AU

Role Summary
This is a 12‐month casual position covering parental leave, with hybrid working and a tight‐knit team. The role supports a remote Inside Sales team of 25 across Australia, helping manage relationships with existing residential Real Estate Agency clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist Account / Sales Executives with creating tailored proposals, handling client correspondence, vetting leads, and producing sales data.
* Facilitate admin tasks to ensure client and team requests are completed quickly.
* Respond to ad‐hoc tasks and queries including billing, invoicing, and working with Credit and Customer Experience teams.
* Provide feedback, raise issues, and help shape processes to drive improvements.
* Expand product knowledge across Domain solutions to become an industry expert in Residential Real Estate.
Essential Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Coordinator or in a similar team support role.
* Ability to attend a Domain office at least 3 times per week.
* Experience with general admin tasks.
* Strong speed, time management and organisational skills.
* Excellent people skills.
* Full working rights for a full‐time permanent position.
Nice to Haves
* Industry experience in SaaS, Print/Digital Media or Real Estate.
