* Facilitate Change Control Boards (CCBs) and ensure stakeholder engagement in change development, including financial impacts.
* Support continuous improvement of MTS Engineering & Maintenance systems and procedures.
* Ensure timely delivery and reporting of engineering readiness, including issue identification and resolution.
* Collaborate with Operations & Maintenance (O&M) planning teams and external parties to meet engineering readiness milestones.
* Coordinate the transfer and acceptance of new assets and associated information into MTS systems.
* Provide operations and maintenance input during design, build, testing, commissioning, and handover – focusing on customer outcomes and lifecycle costs.
* Capture and apply lessons learned from the North West Metro to improve outcomes on the C&SW project.
* Ensure seamless operational integration between Sydney Metro North West (SMNW) and City & Southwest (SMCSW).
* Contribute to the development of operational management systems and documentation to ensure safe, efficient station operations and customer service.
* Identify scope changes and assess their impact on MTS and the O&M contract.
