contract. This transformative 5-year initiative will empower diverse communities through inclusive employment solutions across
Gladstone
and
Hervey Bay
.
We are now seeking passionate, driven professionals to join our team and help shape the future of inclusive employment in regional Queensland.
We are recruiting for multiple full-time positions across both locations:
Regional Manager
(1 position – based in either Gladstone or Hervey Bay)
Lead the strategic direction and operational excellence of the entire portfolio.
Team Leaders
(1 position per site)
Oversee site-specific operations and support high-performing teams.
Facilitators
(Multiple positions per site)
Deliver tailored support to participants, helping them achieve sustainable employment outcomes.
Community Engagement Consultants
(Multiple positions per site)
Build strong local networks and partnerships to enhance community involvement.
Diversity Recruitment Specialists
(Multiple positions per site)
Champion inclusive hiring practices and connect employers with diverse talent.
Workforce Retention Consultants
(Multiple positions per site)
Support long-term employment success through proactive retention strategies.
What you'll need to succeed:
A passion for inclusive employment
and a genuine commitment to empowering individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Relevant experience
in employment services, community engagement, recruitment, or workforce development (role-dependent).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
– you'll be working with people from all walks of life.
Proven ability to build relationships
with job seekers, employers, and community stakeholders.
Adaptability and initiative
– this is a dynamic, fast-paced environment where innovation is encouraged.
Team leadership or coordination experience
(for leadership roles).
Understanding of local labour markets
and barriers to employment in regional communities.
A current driver's licence
and the ability to travel locally as required.
