Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in business, technology, management or related field (advantageous).
* 10+ years' experience in a team leadership role with a proven track record of driving business growth and revenue improvement.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to travel to project sites when required.
