A successful applicant will have:An outstanding communication and customer service ethos.The ability to build rapport with clients, maintain relationships and win business.Be a team player.Be positive and have a winning attitude.Have applicable experience in real estate – sales, property management or new business.An Agent’s Representative Certificate, a reliable car and a driver’s license.What You’ll DoManage a client database and provide market insights to rental providers.Generate and convert new business leads for the property management team.Conduct rental appraisals and present MICM’s services to prospective clients.Conduct open for inspections and private viewings.Work with the sales team to speak to potential investors and provide market advice.Saturday work may be required in this role at the direction of your manager.Where You Can GoAt MICM, we are dedicated to your professional growth.
