About the role
We are seeking a skilled Butcher to join our team at Adam's Continental Smallgoods Pty Ltd in Carole Park, QLD. As a full-time Butcher, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality meat products to our customers, ensuring our operations run efficiently and to the highest standards.
What you'll be doing
* Expertly cutting, trimming and preparing a variety of pork and beef according to company specifications
* Ensuring all meat products meet food safety and hygiene regulations
* Assisting with the processing, packaging and labelling of meat products
* Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
* Collaborating with the team to identify ways to improve efficiency and product quality
What we're looking for
* Formal qualification in Butchery or equivalent experience in a similar role
* Minimum 2 years of butchery experience required
* Extensive knowledge of meat cuts, preparation techniques and food safety regulations
* Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards of quality
* Available for immediate start
* A team-oriented approach and the ability to work collaboratively
* Australian work rights are mandatory for this position
