">">The Assistant Director, Product Management, plays a pivotal role in leading the development and deployment of innovative products that meet the evolving needs of clients. This critical leadership position requires a strategic thinker who can drive product strategy and improve existing offerings through ideation, design, and delivery.
This leader will harness data and insights to understand complex problems and leverage service design principles to create a seamless and contemporary user experience.
Key accountabilities include providing leadership and managing staff in day-to-day operational activities, ensuring effective performance and service delivery, developing and coaching staff, fostering teamwork and diversity, and providing feedback.
The successful applicant will be responsible for negotiating and engaging with internal and external stakeholders to support the successful operation and continuous improvement of the PPSR product.
Additionally, this role involves leading strategic planning to inform the development of PPSR application, technology, and security roadmaps, prioritizing team delivery plans, and driving project planning events to ensure logical sequencing and prioritization of tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience and/or qualifications related to technology, enterprise application development, and project management are essential.
Demonstrated experience managing and motivating people to be part of a positive high-performing culture, with strong negotiation and influencing skills, is also required.
Leadership experience in a technology setting, as well as expertise in enterprise application development, project/product management, and digital experience in a regulatory environment, are desirable.
