The Company
FourQuarters is proud to be exclusively representing a leading business within the Health and Support Services space. Located in a dedicated office space within Melbourne's inner suburbs, they are currently undergoing a period of rapid growth and change off the back of strong performance.
They are offering Hybrid WFH arrangement, strong mentorship and opportunity for internal mobility within the group's functions.
The Role
Working closely alongside the GM Finance you will be responsible for:
* Preparing and compiling consolidated financial statements in line with Accounting standards.
* Completing month-end closing duties, assisting more junior members of staff to ensure high quality results.
* Assisting with monthly management accounts and CFO packs.
* Providing analysis and commentary on business performance.
* Liaising with key non-financial stakeholders to ensure timely provision of information and accurate reporting.
The Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role you should have:
* CA / CPA qualified.
* Minimum 4 years' professional experience (Experience in the Healthcare sector is highly regarded, but non-essential).
* High attention to detail, and ability to work to deadlines.
* Willingness to engage across a broad range of areas and skillsets.
* Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with stakeholders of varying levels.
