**The Opportunity**
We are searching for an HR Advisor to deal with issues related to recruitment, on boarding, employee performance and work policies as well as workplace health and safety. In this role, you will keep updated records of employees and research and implement the best procedures for recruiting and retaining staff members.
**About You**
A tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management with 2+ years industry experience in a generalist/WHS HR Advisor role;
- Coaching skills at both an organisational and individual level; and
- The ability to research, analyse, and make logical decisions within a given timeframe.
