* Customer service for insurance voice process.
* Excellent communication skills
* Prior experience of contact center / customer services will be added advantage
* Adherence to all the regulatory bodies in Australia
* Achievement of agreed performance targets set by the business
* Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, external regulations and information security standards
