The Role
We’re seeking a Senior ICT Support Technician (Systems Administration Focus) to join our dynamic team. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring seamless hosting services while providing top-tier technical and customer support.

Key Responsibilities
* Technical Support & Troubleshooting - Resolve customer inquiries via tickets, live chat, or phone with a problem solving mindset.
* Server & System Administration - Manage cPanel / WHM, account migrations, server maintenance and optimisation.
* System Engineering - Assist in infrastructure upgrades, security and scalability initiatives.
* Collaboration - Work closely with the team to refine processes and improve service quality.
What Will You Bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
* Minimum 2 years customer support experience
* Minimum 3 years hosting experience
* Relevant qualifications in IT or a related discipline (e.g. Diploma in IT)
* 3 – 5+ years in an IT infrastructure role, ideally across cloud and enterprise environments
* Strong system administration (Linux, cPanel/WHM)
* Experience with CloudLinux/LVE
* Customer support expertise (Hosting or Related IT Field)
* Scripting (Bash/Python)
* Proficiency in troubleshooting web hosting issues
* Knowledge of firewalls (e.g. CSF)
* Server Migration experience
* J Familiarity with monitoring tools
* Clear communication & problem-solving
* Relevant Certifications (e.g., RHCSA)
