The Role: This position has become available due to an internal move into Body Corporate.
You will manage a tidy, well‐located portfolio of 140 properties, all based 10kms of the office!, with excellent peripheral support including:
* Leasing Team
* Admin & Reception
* Trust Officer
* Virtual Assistant
* Team Leader support
About You:
* Current Property Management registration and driving license
* Experience managing their own residential portfolio
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confidence building relationships with owners, tenants, and contractors
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach
* A friendly, team-orientated attitude
