Role Opportunity
As a Lead Electrical Engineer, you will provide technical leadership for electrical design projects in mining and mineral processing. You will oversee project execution, ensure compliance with industry standards, and support junior engineers in delivering high-quality solutions. Reporting to the Design Manager, you will engage with key stakeholders, including clients and site teams, ensuring project success from design to commissioning.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, RPEQ ideal
- Significant field experience in mining and minerals processing
- Expertise in electrical design & power systems
- Strong leadership & mentoring skills
- Knowledge of IEC/Australian standards
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead electrical design & engineering teams
- Manage client relationships & project budgets
- Ensure compliance with safety & industry standards
- Conduct feasibility studies & site inspections
- Oversee commissioning & change management processes
