About The Role
As Executive Assistant, you will be central to the smooth running of our executive and governance functions.
Your work will include:
Proactively managing the CEO's diary, correspondence and meetings.
Coordinating executive and Board meetings, including agendas, papers, minutes and follow-up actions.
Supporting project management and administrative initiatives, ensuring tasks are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Assisting with marketing, communications and campaign coordination.
Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with integrity.
You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, helping to streamline processes and enhance executive efficiency across the organisation.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or senior administrator supporting executives or boards.
Exceptional organisational, time management and communication skills.
High-level attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing demands.
Strong professionalism and discretion when handling confidential matters.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
Desirable
Experience in education, OSHC or not-for-profit sectors.
Familiarity with marketing, communications or social media coordination.
Experience supporting governance processes, including Board meeting preparation and minute-taking.
